Who operates Landlord Exit Hub?

Landlord Exit Hub is a specialist landlord information and enquiry website operated as part of MyFastOffer4U.

Information we may collect

If you submit the landlord enquiry form, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, postcode, property type, tenancy status, portfolio size, property condition, approximate property value, mortgage position, preferred selling timeframe, exit reason, notes, source page, referrer and UTM campaign values where present.

We also record the version of the privacy-consent wording shown when you submit an enquiry. If a separate partner-introduction option is introduced and you actively consent to it, we may also record the relevant consent choice, wording version and timestamp.

Where landlord enquiries are stored

Dedicated Landlord Exit Hub enquiry submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted database used for the landlord lead workflow. The landlord website does not expose database service credentials in the browser. Enquiries are submitted through a server-side Supabase Edge Function before being stored.

Access to stored landlord enquiries is restricted to authorised operational use. The public website does not have direct anonymous read access to the landlord lead table.

How we use enquiry information

We use enquiry information to review and respond to a landlord's property enquiry, understand the selling situation, identify broad property-sale routes that may be relevant, maintain operational records and improve the enquiry process.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation to sell.

Partner introductions

A Landlord Exit Hub enquiry is not automatically shared with a third-party property buyer. The current dedicated landlord enquiry form records partner consent as false unless a separate, clearly disclosed partner-introduction choice is presented and actively selected.

If MyFastOffer4U later offers an optional introduction to a named property-buying partner, the partner, purpose of the introduction and relevant sharing choice should be disclosed before information is shared. Where applicable, MyFastOffer4U may receive a referral fee if an introduced transaction completes.

Analytics and cookies

Optional analytics remains off unless you accept analytics in the Landlord Exit Hub cookie notice. If accepted, Google Analytics may be used to measure page views and limited interaction events such as CTA clicks, form starts, form steps, successful form submissions and thank-you-page views.

Landlord form contents and personal lead details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, postcodes, private notes and lead references are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Service providers

We may use service providers that support website hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, security and website operations. Supabase is currently used for the dedicated Landlord Exit Hub lead-storage workflow.

Retention

We intend to keep ordinary landlord enquiry and consent records for up to 12 months unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active enquiry, referral, legal obligation, dispute, fraud-prevention or record-keeping purpose. Spam or abusive submissions may be removed sooner.

Your privacy rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by MyFastOffer4U, subject to applicable legal requirements and exemptions.

For privacy requests, contact admin@myfastoffer4u.com or contact@myfastoffer4u.com and describe your request clearly.

About this notice This privacy page is intended to describe the current Landlord Exit Hub data flow accurately. It does not replace the privacy notices of any separate third-party organisation that you may later choose to engage with.
